During the long Covid border closures we went searching for new backcountry terrain. Why did we go on our search? Hokkaido is covered in mountains, like the rest of Japan and copious amounts of snow. What did we find?
Season 2021/22 has started and we have been out in our backcountry terrain checking the snow coverage. In this particular terrain we have a great base, so it is shaping up to be a great ski season!
