Please submit an online contact form to check for availability. Once availability is confirmed HPG will ask you (each member of your group)
to fill out an individual information form. To confirm the booking we need the full payment of the tour fees.
*An administrative fee of 5,000 yen applies to all cancellations as well as the bank remittance charges.
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 20% of the full
- Cancellations made 60 to 30 days
prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 50% of the full price
- Cancellations made within 29 days
to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 100%
of the full price
HPG reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (including extreme weather). If this should occur the client can either choose between a full refund or postpone the tour
to another day when HPG has availability.
