Please submit an online contact form to check for availability. Once availability is confirmed HPG will ask you (each member of your group)
to fill out an individual information form. To confirm the booking we need the full payment of the tour fees.
If you are unable to leave your country of residence or enter Japan due to COVID-19 travel bans or restrictions between July 1st and 60 days prior to the start of your
tour date, the following terms and conditions will apply.
Option 1: Receive a full refund less an administrative fee of 10% of your tour price (or up to a maximum of 25,000 yen)
Option 2: Transfer your booking to the 2022/23 season without any cancellation fees.
(Please note that a separate cancellation policy may apply for hotel bookings)
If travel bans and restrictions are lifted, the normal conditions will apply;
*An administrative fee of 5,000 yen applies to all cancellations as well as the bank remittance charges
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 20% of the full price
- Cancellations made 60 to 30 days
prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 50% of the full price
- Cancellations made 29 to 14 days
prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 70%
of the full price
- Cancellations made within
prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to the full price.
HPG reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (including extreme weather). If this should occur the client can either choose between a full refund or postpone the tour
to another day when HPG has availability.
