Booking Policy

*Please read before making a booking

 

Please submit an online contact form to check for availability. Once availability is confirmed HPG will ask you (each member of your group) to fill out an individual information form. To confirm the booking we need the full payment of the tour fees.

 

Tour / Course Cancellation Policy

 

*An administrative fees of 5,000 yen applies to all cancellations and the charges for the remittances as well as the cancellation charges listed below.

 

- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 20% of the full price

- Cancellations made 60 to 30 days prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 50% of the full price

- Cancellations made 29 to 14 days prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to 70% of the full price

- Cancellations made within 13 days prior to the first day of guiding or course will be subject to the full price.

 

HPG reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (including extreme weather). If this should occur the client can either choose between a full refund or postpone the tour to another day when HPG has availability.
