Overlooking the 'Fuji of the North' is Mt Shiribetsudake. It's the perfect playground to experience heliskiing on Japan's northern island of Hokkaido. We have partnered with Hokkaido Backcountry Club to guide this amazing mountain and offer you a package that will include heli-skiing.
Between the volcano and the ocean
Just 40 minutes from Niseko is the mountain of Shiribetsudake. From the drop off point at 1,107 meters there are stunning views of Mt Yotei on one side and the caldera of Lake Toya and the ocean on the other. You will ski some of the steepest terrain in the Niseko region, from open bowls to glades of silver birch. This will be a highlight of your ski experience in Hokkaido.
