BOOKING POLICY (Multi-day/Week Tours)
*Please read the Terms and Conditions of Booking before making a reservation.
Please submit an online booking inquiry form to check for availability.
Once availability is confirmed HPG will ask you (each member of your group) to fill out an individual information form. To reserve a place, send a deposit of 20% of the price together with a signed Terms and Conditions of Booking form and waiver form. Bookings made within eight weeks of the trip date should be accompanied by the full payment.
Once payment is received, HPG will send you a Confirmation of Booking.
