Please submit an online booking inquiry form to check for availability. Once availability is confirmed HPG will ask you (each member of your group) to fill out an individual information form.

Tour / Course Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of 2,500 yen applies to all cancellations, as well as the charges for the remittances. Cancellations made before 10 days to 48 hours of the trip or course date will be subject to 30% of the full price and the charges for the remittances. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to the full price.
